This medical center is a well-established healthcare provider serving the Berkshire region with comprehensive medical services. The facility features modern technology with Meditech EMR system, onsite labs, and a collaborative team environment with 5 urologists on staff.

Opportunity:
NP/PA - Urology

Job Details:
• Provide inpatient urology care in a hospital-based setting (100% inpatient)
• Cover a full range of general urology services
• Manage post-operative care for urology patients
• Collaborate with a team of 5 urologists
• Care for approximately 6-8 inpatients per shift, plus variable call volume
• Work flexible shifts between 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Contract period: February 2, 2026 - March 31, 2026
• No on-call requirements or weekend obligations
• No surgical assistance or pediatric urology required
• Must have active Massachusetts license
• AANP or NCCPA certification required
• BLS certification required
• Clean background and malpractice history required
• NPDB self-query required (within 30 days)
• COVID vaccination required

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
