$205,000 Per Year Practicing Urgent Care Half the Month in Fresno, CA
Position: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
Model: Employed with Full Benefits and 401(k)
Pay: $85/hour plus OT
Bonuses: Sign-On of $15,000 now until the End of the Year and a $20,000 Annual Retention Bonus

We have expanded our brand and services throughout Bakersfield and into Fresno, Clovis, Chino, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula, and Los Angeles. We are scheduled to open approximately 5 more clinics over the next 2 years. So far, we have 18 clinic locations throughout CA to service your urgent care needs. Our mission is to expand our healthcare reach to all the people within the communities that we serve and provide them with the best healthcare possible. Position Overview: Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care 8 years in a row in Fresno, CA. We are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners in Bakersfield, CA.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Urgent Care Medicine practices twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
- Full-time is 12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month.
- Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.
- Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
- Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
- Easy-to-use EMR with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute
Requirements
Minimum Requirements | Qualifications:
- Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences Physician Assistant Studies
- CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
- DEA Certificate
