Part-Time Nurse Practitioner – VA Disability Medical Evaluations (Flexible, No Call)
Summary:
The IMA Group is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to perform focused medical evaluations for Veterans applying for VA disability benefits. This is part-time work with flexible weekday scheduling—no ongoing patient care and no on-call. Make a meaningful impact supporting our nation’s Veterans while maintaining work-life balance.
What You’ll Do:
Our Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies and delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services. Our Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities and Employers and includes behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services, working with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
Part-Time Nurse Practitioner – VA Disability Medical Evaluations (Flexible, No Call)

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct focused medical exams and review medical histories for VA disability claims
- Prepare clear, detailed evaluation reports documenting functional limitations
- Submit evaluations through our easy-to-use digital platform
- Active NP license in good standing
- Master’s in Nursing
- 1+ year clinical experience (primary care, urgent care, specialty clinic, or similar)
- Preferred specialties: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, PM&R, Orthopedics
- Flexible Scheduling: Part-time weekday options
